The University of Cambridge, founded in 1209, is the fourth-oldest university in the world and one of the most prestigious. According to the university website, it is also one of the top 10 universities in the United Kingdom for graduate placement. Cambridge University academics have collaborated with colleagues from Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia and have been recognised globally for their creativity. The Fitzwilliam Museum, Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Polar Museum, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences, Museum of Classical Archaeology, The Whipple Museum of the History of Science, Kettle’s Yard, and University Museum of Zoology are all part of the consortium.
