Need a place to rent or an apartment to share?  As a service to our tenants, who would like to add roommates for the Fall, Davisville Management Company is collecting contact information from people looking to live in one of our upscale off-campus apartment communities. Complete the information below and we can help you connect with apartment renters who have asked for assistance in replacing roommates who have decided to live at home.

In response to the global health impact on UC Davis operations, our latest information is that UC Davis intends to have small labs and other classes at the discretion of the individual professors. The professors have the option of outdoor instruction under tent-like structures on campus or virtual instruction for lecture hall classes to supplement on-campus classes.

What this mean is that, as a UC Davis student, you will need to find a place to live to attend the University of California at Davis.

Many students may have been unsure of their plans for college during this global health crisis and had many questions. Will colleges be open? Will there only be distance learning? Do I really want to commit to a one-year lease if I don’t know if there will be school?

As a result, students may have opted not to look for or secure housing for the upcoming UC Davis academic school year. Now that you know school is in session, this puts you in a spot. You may not have a place to stay…just yet.
