Classic Guacamole
Who says game day dips can’t be healthy? This authentic guacamole is simple to prepare and bursting with fresh flavors. Avocados contain healthy fats, disease-fighting antioxidants, and are an excellent source of fiber. Not to mention that nutrient-dense garlic and onion may reduce inflammation and support heart health. Just don’t forget to serve it up with some baked tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup Spice World Ready-to-Use Chopped Easy Onion
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely diced*
- 2 tsp
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ tsp sea salt
*Protect your hands by wearing disposable nitrile gloves while you prepare the jalapeño. Slice the length of the pepper, removing the core with veins and seeds (which contain most of the heat). For milder guacamole, discard the veins and seeds or save them to add extra heat to your guacamole. Wash your hands thoroughly after cutting the pepper.
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir them together. Give it a taste and add a pinch more salt or lime juice if needed.
How to keep leftover guacamole green:
- Place your leftover guacamole in a storage container and pat it down firmly with a spoon so it’s nice and flat on top.
- Add about 1/2 inch of cold water on top of the guacamole.
- Place the lid on the storage container and store it in the fridge. That’s it!
- When you want to enjoy the guacamole, drain the water off the top, give it a stir, and you’re good to go.
White Bean and Feta Dip
This creamy, dreamy White Bean and Feta Dip tastes like next-level hummus. Cannellini beans provide protein and fiber, and garlic enhances flavor and may help boost the immune system. Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

Ingredients
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for baking sheet

- Kosher salt
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425° and brush a large baking sheet with oil. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, hot sauce, and blue cheese, and season with salt. Whisk until the butter and cheese have melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, celery, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or Spice World Squeezable Minced Garlic, egg, green onions, and Spice World Ready-to-Use Chopped Easy Onion and season with salt. Add the chicken and half the hot sauce mixture and mix until combined.

- Shredded cheddar cheese
