 Unique Greek Drive-Thru Restaurant Puts Twist on Albuquerque’s Quick-Service Mediterranean Scene

ALBUQUERQUE, NM. – The Pacific Northwest’s Hercules of Greek cuisine, Gyro Shack, announced today its new location in Albuquerque has opened at 2100 Eubank Blvd NE in the building previously occupied by Blake’s Lotaburger. Gyro Shack features their signature drive-thru Greek operations and may eventually open a convenient dine-in seating area.

WSGS, LLC, the locally based entrepreneurial team that owns and operates the Gyro Shack location, will also be opening additional restaurants in the area in the future. The next location at 4201 San Mateo Blvd NE has recently started construction and is slated to open in April 2023.

“We know that our unique cuisine will be a perfect fit for those who love authentic Greek food,” said WSGS. “With our shared background in the restaurant industry and my own experience owning and managing other restaurant locations, we have what it takes to make Gyro Shack the new favorite in Albuquerque.”

The location on Eubank is now open daily Mon-Fri for lunch, and will expand their hours substantially in January.  A Grand Opening Celebration will be scheduled for January as well.

The Gyro Shack is always looking for qualified franchisees. The brand is seeking current multi-unit franchisees with restaurant experience. Both single-unit and multi-unit franchises are currently available.
