Brothers Marshall and Tyler Rowe, the owners of Chesapeake Engraving, recently spoke about new updates to the company’s website plus their shared enthusiasm and optimism about the future and growth of the company heading into the final months of 2022 and into 2024.

Chesapeake, VA, July 26, 2022 – Marshall and Tyler Rowe, the owners of Chesapeake Engraving, were recently asked about the changes to the company’s website which now offers a new contemporary look, better product and service descriptions, an enhanced user experience, in addition to a smoother way to process orders.

“There have been a lot of changes happening at Chesapeake Engraving, with the biggest being our redesigned and updated company website”, said Marshall Rowe, co-owner of Chesapeake Engraving. “However, not only did we update our website, but we also expanded our online catalogue.”

Brother and co-owner Tyler Rowe elaborated further by adding; “By doing so we have expanded our product line in order to be more competitive, which means that we’re now fully equipped to handle larger volume orders on both local and national levels.”

One of the things the brothers are most happy with is the new user experience, which both felt was a “critical” need for the growth of the company. Visitors can now navigate the website easier than before, in addition to larger fonts, improved product and service descriptions, with a streamlined ordering process. This has already paid dividends for the company in the form of a 17% increase in overall orders plus an 8% increase in national orders within a month after the launch of the updated website.

The biggest product increase was for Chesapeake yeti engraving services followed by jewelry engraving.

“To say that we’re pleased thus far would be an understatement”, added Marshall Rowe. A 17% increase in sales and the 8% increase in national orders was validation that the investment into updating our website is money well spent.”

Next on the brother’s agenda is preparing for the upcoming holiday season, which they anticipate to be a busy one. To help, they are planning on hiring one to two new employees who will be locals.

Said Tyler Rowe, “We’re extremely excited to be able to hire at least one new employee from our own backyard – possibly two – and we look forward to what the future holds for Chesapeake Engraving.”
