Today’s world can leave you stressed out. Crystals offer us a way to connect with our spirits, our higher self and draw upon our internal strength to find grounding in order to rise above. Sometimes we can be lacking in a certain frequency or energy in our aura and crystals help us to repair that missing energy. Once the frequency that is missing is replaced, then the chakra alignment improves and the person begins to settle and feel relief.If you realize that we are energy. Everything begins with energy and everything is energy then you awaken to the possibilities that you can effect changes that you are seeking. I find connecting with crystals to be beautiful and spiritually supportive. My background as a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and  a Certified Crystal Healer enhances the value and the experiences I have with crystals. I have seen many people get relief by using crystals as well. The situation that was stressing them out got resolved quicker than expected. Here are a few of my favorite calming crystals. Howlite is known for optimism, positivity and energetic outlook. This crystal helps evoke a feeling of peace with others. It is a good communication crystal. Peace of mind is one of its energetic influences. Tranquility and restfulness are another of its traditional uses. Helps with sleep. This is a happy stone. It is good for transition. Great for calming anger or lack of patience.

Lepidolite is a peace, tranquility, sleep aid, cleansing from negative habits, thoughts and energy, great for repelling negative effects, encouraging divine connection, increasing self love, calming, soothing and nurturing. Great crystal for many spiritual purposes. It is one of my favorite crystals. Crown, throat and heart chakra stone.

Lepidolite: Soothing, Cleansing, Calming

Sodalite is good for strength, peace and joy. Helps with panic attacks. Brings order to the mind. Sodalite is a hopeful, cheerful, calming crystal. Renowned for it’s ability to soothe the spirit. It is a good luck crystal as it helps clear thinking and draws positivity towards you. Peaceful influence like water. It is the gem of royalty. Great for sleep issues and anxiety. ADHD calming crystal. It helps you focus. Improves one’s self confidence. Is a great stone to help promote harmony and cooperation within a group.

Sodalite: Order, Peace and Harmony

Pink Amethyst is a love stone. Calming and soothing. Great for releasing negativity. Uplifting, high frequency crystal. Works well with Rose Quartz. Healing and joyful. Helps you to remember the fun in life. They say it clears your vision towards your goals and joys. Installing a greater sense of self value so the person is at rest more frequently.

Moonstone is “The stone of emotional balance”.  It is calming and reinforcing as it helps to clear negative thoughts. It is known for rebirth or redesigning to bring about your ideals and dream life. Good luck and fertility are other qualities many attribute to this crystal. It is like a gentle moonbeam.

Kunzite is a beautiful heart and crown chakra crystal, pure in energy and joyful in nature. In palest pink to light violet hues, it is a Stone of Emotion, opening and connecting the heart to the mind and stimulating a healing communion between the two. Kunzite encourages one to release walls built around the heart for protection and to be receptive to the experience of unconditional and abundant love. It is a powerful healer of the emotional body, particularly for those who have closed themselves off from life, or from others, in order to protect themselves emotionally. Its high vibrational energy encourages letting go of fears and sorrows that hold the heart to the past. It helps us to release anxiety towards the future while inspiring us to  be present in the perfection of the moment. It allows for free expression of feelings, healing the mind and heart.
